Content marketing strategies

Content marketing, the marketing of the future for your business

Content marketing must be carried out on the basis of a properly prepared strategy; without it, any activity may prove ineffective. LTB helps to set specific goals for the client to then meticulously pursue them. Merely publishing content is not an end in itself, but only a tool for implementing the overall strategy.

We create individual content strategies tailored
for defined audience groups!

Goals of content marekting

The goals of content marketing vary, depending on the individual needs of the client. The most common are such goals as:

  • building specific customer relationships,
  • increasing website traffic,
  • creating an expert position,
  • interaction with customers,
  • increasing loyalty and trust in customers.

The modern viewer is tired of commercials – when watching TV, many people turn off the phonics during commercials, and we install add-ons in our web browser to block banners and ads that appear. In turn, there are so many ads in the space around us that a unitary message has little chance of breaking through.

Outline your goals. We will analyze and prepare a customized action strategy.

Innovative marketing approach

Modern media and the expectations of modern consumers require the use of other tools. One of them is content marketing, also known as content marketing in Poland. What is this strategy based on?

Content marketing involves a novel approach – instead of focusing on persuading the customer to buy, it offers valuable, interesting and useful content. It gives you the opportunity to attract customers and keep their attention. If your company can offer them interesting information given in an accessible form, consumers will not only appreciate it, but they will recommend this content – and your business – to others as well, if only by sharing posts on social media.

Scope of services:
  • Web writing
  • UX writing
  • Content plans
  • Media buying
  • Infographics
  • White paper
  • Interviews and PR

When creating your own strategy, you should think meticulously about what types of tools will prove most effective in your case. Content is not only texts, but also videos, reports, presentations and podcasts. The next step is to plan an appropriate schedule, in which we determine with what frequency and at what point we will publish the content. Marketers use different rules for creating such schedules, one of the most popular is the 1-7-30-4-2-1 rule. The idea is to:

  • each day contribute to social networks and reply to any messages from customers,
  • once a week publish a valuable blog post and update information on the website,
  • once a month publish a relevant analysis on the blog, for example, in the form of an interview,
  • once a quarter send out a properly prepared newsletter or e-book to your customers,
  • every six months publish a carefully prepared webcast, which is a report on some conference or training course
  • once a year create a comprehensive industry report.

This publication principle, is now considered one of the most effective in content marketing. The publication schedule is created based on the individual needs and capabilities of the client, so as to achieve the greatest possible effectiveness. The above principle can be freely modified.

Content marketing will bring the expected results only if the content in question is properly promoted on the Internet. For this purpose, we should take advantage of SEO activities, as well as the benefits of social networks – these elements are necessary for success.

Effective content marketing

What activities does content marketing include? Our cooperation includes:

  • Professionally running a company blog – visitors to your site will find there information not only about the services or products offered by your company, but also expert industry news or expert advice.
  • Social media profile or fanpage – social media is an ideal place to promote the content you publish, and using viral marketing, i.e. increasingly rapid sharing of content, will allow you to reach a huge audience.
  • Publications and sponsored articles on industry portals – they serve to increase brand recognition and enhance brand credibility.

Content marketing is the solution for your business

Providing consumers with valuable information, rather than advertising spam, is one way to build relationships between customers and a company. These relationships are based on trust. The customer receives content that is useful to them, that they can use and, because of it, make a better decision when shopping.

Content marketing is also part of branding and creating a positive image of the company as a recognized provider of quality services and information. Before content marketing is applied, research is needed to help determine the audience – this is very important to be able to shape the content well so that it is tailored to the audience. SEO activities are also important to improve the optimization of the site and improve its search engine visibility.

All of these activities further enhance the effectiveness of content marketing. Content marketing itself, on the other hand, is a great way to attract customer interest and stand out with good quality. Instead of poor advertising texts, you can offer your audience professionalism and a high standard of work.

The most effective types of content

  • White Paper – this is a comprehensive post presenting reliable and official data regarding an issue. This is a very time-consuming and demanding form of content, aimed at a more sophisticated audience. Not every company can use it, before you decide to use this content, consider whether it definitely fits your business. White Paper is used to create authority with the customer and a position of expertise in a particular field.
  • Cross-sectional post – this refers to all kinds of charts and statistics. It resembles the white paper described above, but it is a bit less official and is shared in the form of one comprehensive post. This content is primarily used to achieve more traffic to our website. Google supports high-quality content and it is better positioned.
  • E-book – also resembles a white paper, but is not written in an official style, does not contain as much “hard data” and presents light and accessible content. E-book can be created in the form of a short article or extensive content in the form of a book. It is worth thinking about the appropriate format of the e-book file, so that recipients can use it on any medium. The e-book is an excellent tool, for building a customer database, as it is generally shared with the help of an email address.
  • Case study – this is a form of education, it presents theoretical aspects with examples of specific cases occurring in your company. The content of your case study should be tailored to the needs of your audience, so find out what knowledge your customers desire. This form of content is very demanding, but at the same time extremely effective. Case study is used when you want to present the real possibilities of your company and show how your actions affect the success of your customers.
  • Infographics – these are information conveyed in graphic form. Statistics show that this type of content is the most easily absorbed and understood by the audience, also the most memorable. Nowadays we have a wide range of programs and applications for creating graphics, this form of message is not as demanding as the above. Infographics are used, primarily to increase traffic to the website, but also when you want to quickly convey some information to the customer.
  • Influencer marketing – it involves interviewing an expert in a particular field. This form of content is demanding, as it forces proper preparation and dedicated time for the interview, but the game is worth the candle. Influencer marketing does not only use the expert’s knowledge, but mainly his image. This way you will reach a new audience and gain their trust. This method builds a positive image of your company.
  • Video marketing – nowadays video is the most engaging image, and its consumption on the Internet is growing every year. Unfortunately, this form is also very demanding, primarily financially. Video marketing will prove successful only if the content published is of the highest quality. This form of content works best if the majority of your audience is between the ages of 15 and 30, and you care about interacting with them.
